早前《衰仔樂園》（South Park）第23季第2集播出後，因片中內容涉及嘲諷小熊維尼貌似中國國家主席習近平，及殺死小熊維尼，而被中國網絡封殺。《衰仔樂園》製作人Trey Parker和Matt Stone發聲明回應事件，諷刺中國反應，嘲「非常歡迎中國式和諧深入我們的家園與心中。」

《衰仔樂園》製作人Trey Parker和Matt Stone發表聲明，題為＂OFFICIAL APOLOGY TO CHINA FROM TREY PARKER AND MATT STONE.＂，開首指「就跟NBA一樣，我們非常歡迎中國式和諧深入我們的家園與心中（Like the NBA, we welcome the Chinese censors into our homes and into our hearts.）」，又指他們也一樣愛錢更勝自由與民主、「習主席長的一點也不像小熊維尼。」（We too love money more than freedom and democracy. Xi doesn't look just like Winnie the Pooh at all.）

兩人在聲明中表示「中國共產黨萬歲！預祝您今秋高粱豐收！我們這樣算和好了嗎中國？」（Long live the Great Communist Party of China! May this autumn's sorghujm harvest be bountiful!），並藉此宣傳新一集：「周三晚間10點，請準時收看我們的第300集動畫。」（Tune into our 300th episode this our 300th episode this Wednesday at 10!）
