近日於網絡爆紅的「how-old.net」，不少網民都將相片上載到這個「歲數神網」，去測試相中人的年齡。不過今日（5月2日）就有網民發現，網站的使用條款中列明，當網民上載圖片之後，等同讓微軟使用相片作商業用途，引起一陣恐慌。

在網頁的首置位置，雖然有一句明顯的標示，指「P.S. We don't keep the photo」（我們不會保留照片），不過當大家點擊「Terms of Use」（使用條款）時，就會發現一句「However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you are granting Microsoft, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses」，亦即是指當你上載圖片之後，等同授權微軟及其附屬公司，作互聯網商業用途。

不過網民玩罷「how-old.net」網站之後，都認為除了分辨性別較準之外，年齡測試基本上有點亂來，均表示不會繼續再使用這網頁，亦有人笑指可以將李偲嫣扮學生妹的圖片上載，當作反擊之用。
