英國上議院議員奧爾頓勳爵（Lord Alton of Liverpool）再度出招，他致函安格里亞魯斯金大學（Anglia Ruskin University），羅列建制派立法會議員何君堯的「往績」，建議校方褫奪何君堯的名譽博士學位。
奧爾頓在信中提及何君堯的惹火言行，包括鼓勵殺死曱甴，形容他的言論令人厭惡，與721人士握手道賀，以及近期的「洋腸論」。
上議院於上周四（10月24日）口頭通過了奧爾頓提出的無約束力動議，呼籲英聯邦國家給予香港人第二公民身分。
何君堯已報名出戰2019年區議會選舉屯門樂翠選區，其他已報名人士包括盧俊宇及蔣靖雯。
